Celebrations | Small Group Christmas
Recently, I have been blessed with the formation of a new small group in our Jakarta suburb. It has been a welcome change to gather thoughout the week to fellowship with these guys. They are also incredibly kind to not make fun of me for often leaving early, thanks to my grandma-early bedtime. We donned some santa hats and gathered this week to celebrate Christmas with a potluck dinner, white elephant gift exchange and board games.

School | Party Hosts
Our current Unit of Inquiry is based on Celebrations: why people celebrate, similarities and differences between major holidays, and the ways people celebrate. Since this coincides with the Christmas season, took this opportunity to host a Christmas party for one of the other Kindy classes. In English we are working on ordering, so we took the time to plan a schedule for our party. We also made some fabulous hats and delicious treats for our younger friends and helped them decorate a class Christmas tree.
